We have compiled a few of the questions that we are commonly asked and trust that the answers are useful in helping you to understand the Aroma Tours experience and how best to arrange your time with us.

• What is the average number of people on an Aroma Tour?
  
  Our tours are small and convivial and limited to 16 guests.
• What sort of people will I find on an Aroma Tour?
  
  Our guests are friendly, free-spirited people from all over the world and to date we have shared our Aroma Tours adventures with guests from over 30 different countries.
  
  The normal age range of our guests is from 40 to 70 with the occasional younger and older ( young at heart ) guests, traveling either individually, as a couple, or as a small group of friends.
  
  Please note: We are not able to accept children on tour.
• Who will accompany us on tour?
  
  All of our tours are personally escorted by either Robbi and/or Jim along with local guides and special guests.
• How will we be travelling about?
  
  We mostly use an air-conditioned 26 seat luxury coach and arrange our itineraries to keep travel to a minimum. Where appropriate we take internal flights to avoid long drives.
• What type of accommodation will we be staying in?
  
  You will stay in carefully selected specialty hotels, chateaux and resorts, chosen for their service, charm and comfort. All rooms have private facilities and reflect the character of each destination.
  
  The standard varies between tours from charming 3 star to luxurious 5 star with each room chosen to reflect our desire to create an authentic, relaxing and enjoyable experience for you.
• What will our meals be like?
  
  Delicious food and wines are an integral part of each Aroma Tour. From finest gourmet cuisine to delicious traditional fare, our meals are always colourful, authentic and flavoursome and are enjoyed in a leisurely fashion.
  
  We are happy to cater for vegetarians and if you have specific dietary needs we will do our best to accommodate you.
• How can I get pricing and itinerary details?
  
  Simply visit our information request page and let us know which tours you would like us to send you information about.
• Is there an extra fee for solo travellers?
  
  There is no extra fee for solo travellers, however, if you wish to have your own private room there is an additional single room fee for this option. Specifically, if you request shared room accommodation you will definitely not be required to pay anything extra even if we are not able to find a guest for you to share with.
• When I make an enquiry or booking is my privacy respected and protected?

• How do I make a booking?
  
  To make a tour booking, simply visit our booking request page where you will be able to use our secure on-line facilities to reserve your place.
• How do I pay the balance of my tour payment?
  
  Once the final payment is due for the tour you are attending please visit our final payment page where you will be able to use our secure on-line facilities to complete your payment.
• Is it possible to join more than one tour?
  
  Yes. We routinely have people joining us for multiple tours in the same season.
• How do I arrange my travel before and after the tour?
  
  As we are joined by people from all over the world, your travel before and after our tours is not included in our pricing structure. This gives you the freedom to choose the most appropriate travel options that suit your plans and the awards program you belong to.
  
  All of our rendezvous are arranged to be easily achieved either with the help of your travel agent, or for the more adventurous, by booking your flights and connections directly with the airlines. Naturally we provide all of the information and assistance that you ( or your agent ) will require.
  
  Details of our rendezvous and finish locations and times are provided to help with your travel planning and we are pleased to assist you with any questions you may have or with advice about your travel arrangements.
